Bone Instruments
Stille's chisels, osteotomes and other bone instruments are manufactured in special high grade steel with especially high hardness to withstand the forces they are exposed to. Materials and manufacturing processes provide the finished instrument with its unique cutting characteristics, and together with the specially sharpened cutting edge, this ensures that the instrument remains sharp for a protracted period before needing to be sharpened.
The handles are ergonomically designed to ensure a firm and steady grip.
