Vederlagsaktierna, vilka enligt k\u00f6peavtalet skulle motsvara MCHF 2,5 baserat p\u00e5 aktiens slutkurs fem (5) dagar efter transaktionens st\u00e4ngning, emitterades till en kurs om SEK 125,00 per aktie.
