Det \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt angen\u00e4mt att se den starka utvecklingen i USA, d\u00e4r den organiska f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningstillv\u00e4xten varit lyckad f\u00f6r b\u00e5da aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5dena. Vi har \u00e4ven lyckats bra med att \u00f6ka marknadsn\u00e4rvaron i Europa och ROW inom aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5det Operationsbord, en kvittens p\u00e5 att v\u00e5r strategi f\u00f6r marknadsexpansion utvecklas gynnsamt och har en fortsatt stark tillv\u00e4xtpotential. Oms\u00e4ttningen f\u00f6r aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5det Operationsbord \u00f6kade med 28 procent till 98,7 MSEK (77,1). Oms\u00e4ttningen f\u00f6r aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5det Kirurgiska instrument uppgick till 57,9 MSEK (58,6), vilket i stort \u00e4r of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrat. Instrumenten utg\u00f6r en stabil bas i v\u00e5r verksamhet.\u00a0Jag ser m\u00f6jligheter i att skapa synergier mellan v\u00e5ra aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5den tack vare v\u00e5rt strategiska fokus p\u00e5 de kirurgiska segmenten hj\u00e4rt- och k\u00e4rlkirurgi samt plastikkirurgi. STILLE har idag ett relevant kunderbjudande och det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vi \u00e5stadkommit en positiv utveckling med en god tillv\u00e4xt, bra l\u00f6nsamhet, och ett starkt kassafl\u00f6de p\u00e5 \u00e5rsbasis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span>Oms\u00e4ttningen f\u00f6r fj\u00e4rde kvartalet uppgick till 40,8 MSEK (42,1). Tappet j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6rg\u00e5ende \u00e5r kan delvis h\u00e4rledas till en svag start i oktober efter ett mycket starkt tredje kvartal. Dock avslutades fj\u00e4rde kvartalet starkt och v\u00e5r l\u00e5ngsiktiga tillv\u00e4xtresa forts\u00e4tter<em>.<\/em>\u00a0Bruttovinsten under kvartalet f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrades av en gynnsam f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsmix och uppgick till 45,6 procent (43,7). F\u00f6r att skapa en plattform f\u00f6r framtida tillv\u00e4xt har vi fortsatt att ut\u00f6ka v\u00e5r f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsorganisation i USA och i \u00f6vriga regioner, samt initierat f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringsaktiviteter inom produktionsorganisationen. Under fj\u00e4rde kvartalet belastar dessa aktiviteter r\u00f6relseresultatet tillf\u00e4lligt. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span>Under 2020 kommer vi att prioritera tillv\u00e4xt. V\u00e5r portf\u00f6lj av produktutvecklingsprojekt kommer att st\u00e4rka v\u00e5r marknadsposition inom aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5det Operationsbord. V\u00e5r ambition \u00e4r att leda utvecklingen inom v\u00e5rt verksamhetsomr\u00e5de tillsammans med v\u00e5ra aff\u00e4rspartners. Vi scoutar vidare f\u00f6r att hitta adekvata f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvsm\u00f6jligheter och kommer \u00e4ven forts\u00e4ttningsvis att investera i en \u00f6kad produktionseffektivitet f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrade marginaler.
