Ers\u00e4ttningar och andra anst\u00e4llningsvillkor f\u00f6r ledande befattningshavare ska utformas med syfte att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla bolagets tillg\u00e5ng till befattningshavare med den kompetens som bolaget beh\u00f6ver till f\u00f6r bolaget anpassade kostnader och s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r f\u00f6r verksamheten avsedda effekter.<\/p>\n<h5>Riktlinjer f\u00f6r ers\u00e4ttningar till VD och \u00f6vriga ledande befattningshavare<\/h5>\n<p>N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller koncernledningen till\u00e4mpar Stille f\u00f6ljande principer f\u00f6r ers\u00e4ttning och villkor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Koncernledningens ers\u00e4ttningar skall vara marknadsm\u00e4ssiga, fastst\u00e4llas av styrelsen och baseras p\u00e5 arbetsuppgifternas betydelse, personens erfarenhet och prestation.<\/li>\n<li>Ers\u00e4ttningen best\u00e5r av f\u00f6ljande delar: fast grundl\u00f6n, kortsiktig r\u00f6rlig ers\u00e4ttning, pensionsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ner och \u00f6vriga f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner samt avg\u00e5ngsvillkor.<\/li>\n<li>Styrelsen fastst\u00e4ller pensionsf\u00f6rm\u00e5nerna f\u00f6r koncernledningen. Pensions\u00e5ldern f\u00f6r koncernledningen \u00e4r 65 \u00e5r.
