Torbj\u00f6rn Sk\u00f6ld has informed the board of his intentions to leave his role as CEO in June 2025 to focus on new professional opportunities. Torbj\u00f6rn Sk\u00f6ld has a notice period of six months and will continue in his current role during that time. The board has now begun the process of recruiting his successor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

"Torbj\u00f6rn has played a central role in further developing and strengthening Stille. Under his leadership, the company has implemented several important strategic initiatives, including the successful integration of Fehling Instruments. At the same time, he, together with Stille's management team, has dedicated extensive work on operational improvements and long-term business development. This has contributed to Stille being well-positioned for continued growth, a strengthened market presence, and long-term profitability. The board and I fully respect and understand Torbj\u00f6rn's decision to leave his position in June 2025.
