Stille AB (publ) today presents the report for the fourth quarter and full year 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Revenue amounted to MSEK 159.8 (77.3) driven by strong organic growth in surgical instruments, the successful acquisition of Fehling and solid growth in the US. Total growth amounted to 106.4 percent, of which 22.0 percent was organic growth.<\/p>\n

\u201cEarnings growth remains solid with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 28.4 percent.\u201d<\/em>, says Torbj\u00f6rn Sk\u00f6ld and comments on the company\u2019s strategic portfolio review where it was decided to phase out the table platform GS2 with a negative non-recurring effect of MSEK 24.1, \u201cThe decision is in line with our focus on high quality premium products for niche clinical segments and gives us the opportunity to focus on the recently launched imagiQ3 Legacy\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

The gross profit amounted to 57.1 percent (45.6) and EBITDA before non-recurring items amounted to MSEK 45.4 (17.7).<\/p>\n
